Week 1 summer term - Looking for materials
Summer topic is all about everyday materials.
Materials you will find around your house.
We are going to learn what they are, what they can do and what certain things are made from and why. We are going to look at: wood, plastic glass, metal, water and rock.
WEEK 1 - identify materials - have a look at the powerpoint, it has a super quiz on it, see how many you can get right.

Then on a plain piece of paper, can you do my challenge.......

Now go around your house, your bedroom, the garden and list anything you can see made of these materials. Send us a copy of your list. Challenge - 10 things for each !!!!!
