Week 3 Halves and quarters
Hello, This week we are learning about halves and quarters.
You can do this is so many ways....
It might be a good excuse to make a pizza or sandwich and cut in half or quarters. Remember the special word in fractions is 'equal' they must be cut into equal pieces.
When teaching fractions of amounts - you can use objects to help find half or quarter or you can draw them to help.
